Hi, I’m Jess, founder of The Aligned Path. I am a mindfulness guide and community builder who supports people in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and navigating life with greater clarity and ease.

 

My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience. Like many, I have felt the pull to do more, move faster, and hold it all together. Mindfulness and meditation became steady tools for learning how to listen inward, regulate my nervous system, and meet life with more presence.

 

I am trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a research-backed approach that supports emotional regulation, resilience, and well-being. This training grounds my work in practices that are compassionate, practical, and accessible.

 

The Aligned Path is for those who are feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are ready to cultivate more presence, self-trust, and balance. If you are seeking grounded support and meaningful connection, I invite you to walk this path with me.
