Take 30 minutes for yourself—no rushing, no striving, just breathing. Join me each Wednesday for a focused mindfulness meditation session designed to help you ground, center, and reconnect, wherever you are in your day.


Each week, we’ll explore a gentle theme: stillness, compassion, clarity, or letting go—through guided breathwork, meditation, and moments of reflection. No experience is necessary. Just bring your presence, curiosity, and pen + notebook for journal prompts.
